Wizyta profesora Charlesa J. Russo w UTH Radom

W dniach 23-24 maja 2023 będziemy mieli przywilej gościć na Wydziale Filologiczno-Pedagogicznym Profesora Charlesa Russo. Profesor Russo jest pracownikiem Uniwersytetu w Dayton w stanie Ohio, gdzie prowadzi Katedrę Edukacji Josepha Panzera i jest dyrektorem studiów doktoranckich. Ponadto zajmuje stanowisko profesora prawa w University of Dayton School of Law.

Profesor jest autorem lub współautorem ponad 325 artykułów w recenzowanych czasopismach oraz autorem, współautorem, redaktorem lub współredaktorem 73 książek. Profesor Russo ma na swoim koncie ponad 1 100 publikacji koncentrujących się na zagadnieniach prawa oświatowego. Redaguje dwa czasopisma naukowe i zasiada w kilkunastu radach redakcyjnych.

Wielokrotnie wypowiadał się na tematy związane z prawem oświatowym w Stanach Zjednoczonych i innych krajach. Przemawiał w 34 stanach i 31 krajach na sześciu kontynentach poza USA. Profesor Russo prowadzi też letnie kursy w Anglii, Hiszpanii i Tajlandii. Pełni funkcję profesora wizytującego na wielu uniwersytetach na całym świecie.

On May 23-24, we will be privileged to host Professor Charles Russo at the Faculty of Philology and Pedagogy. Professor Russo is the Joseph Panzer Chair in Education at the University of Dayton, Ohio, and Director of its Ph.D. Program. He is also Research Professor of Law at the University of Dayton School of Law.

Professor Russo has authored or co-authored more than 325 articles in peer-reviewed journals; authored, co-authored, edited, or co-edited 73 books, and has more than 1,100 publications focusing on issues in Education Law. In addition, he edits two academic journals and has served on more than one dozen editorial boards.

He has spoken extensively on issues in Education Law in the United States and other countries. Along with having spoken in 34 states and 31 countries outside of the U.S. on six continents, Russo has taught summer courses in England, Spain and Thailand. He has served as a Visiting Professor in numerous universities around the world.
